JA Inspire is an experiential career-pathway program for high school students brought to life by our regions employers. This program exposes students to jobs, career opportunities, and education pathways.
Students prepare with lessons in the classroom focused on career exploration and self reflection. Upon completion, students will attend the JA Inspire career fair. At this event, students will have the opportunity to meet with local employers to learn about potential job opportunities that may be available to them both now and in the future. Local employers who attend as exhibitors will be able to meet and engage with their future talent pipeline, exposing students to a world of opportunity.

JA Inspire Sponsors & Exhibitors offer students the opportunity to learn about careers directly from industry representatives in time to begin planning their high school coursework and better prepare themselves for life after graduation. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to host a booth where students will learn more about you and your company to better prepare them for their future. All booths should have an interactive element that gives students an idea of your work.

JA Inspire is a powerful, interactive experience that brings together industry leaders and regional schools for an exciting look into the fast-growing, high-demand careers available in our region. JA Inspire is more than a career fair, it introduces students to diverse career pathways and helps launch them into their future—high school, college, careers, and beyond.
Pre-curriculum:
JA Inspire provides students with a six-session, pre-event curriculum to develop their career readiness skills and assessments that showcase customized career ideas to help guide their choices in high school and/or post-secondary education.
Career Fair:
Students gain an advantage as they explore the intersectionality of careers across industries and learn how to utilize their skills and interests differently
