building workforce ready skills

Junior Achievement’s high school programs provide flexible, hands-on learning that fits easily into any classroom or after-school schedule. Educators or trained JA volunteers can lead these programs in the classroom, tailoring sessions to fit time frames from 30 minutes to full class periods.

Some programs include an exciting field trip to JA Inspire or JA Finance Park, where students explore careers through real-world simulations and employer connections. Others offer semester-long curricula designed to help educators meet Ohio’s financial literacy graduation requirements.

Through interactive lessons and practical examples, students gain skills that prepare them for success after high school and understand how their education connects to their future careers.

All programs are available at little or no cost for schools. To see how JA’s high school programs align with state standards, view the Ohio Academic Standards and JA Programs.
